Hi, I'm Ashley Quick...

I live in Tuscola, TX with my sweet family of five. I'm blessed with a husband that loves and supports me in all things and three beautiful children. The greatest gift in my life has been becoming a mother. But the start of my motherhood journey was far from easy. Looking back I wish I had known everything I know now. While I would not have traded the difficult moments for anything, because it brought me to where I am today, I would have given anything to have made it better for myself, my children and our family as a whole. While breastfeeding is natural it proved to be far from easy for me. I personally dealt with nearly every issue in the book and in those moments I just needed someone to assure me I was doing things right, that everything was normal, show me for the 30th time how to position my baby, make my pain go away, help me figure out how to make my baby happy, and tell me it was expected during this transition period to feel overwhelmed. I didn't want to leave my baby, my bed or my house those first few weeks. I did not feel like it! I just wanted to rest and recover with my baby beside me and would have given anything to have someone come to me and provide the support I desperately needed.

So, after accumulating six years of breastfeeding experience, facing numerous feeding and motherhood challenges, to successfully helping other struggling mothers through their issues, I sought out the education to to back up the experience and I became a Certified Breastfeeding Counselor. I specifically designed this business for all the moms out there that might need the extra help like I did, not just during business hours, but at 3 o'clock in the morning or on a Saturday evening. Quick may be my last name, but it's also the goal of my business to provide "Quick Lactation Support" and offer around-the-clock assistance to mothers in the Big Country area and beyond.

As a Certified Breastfeeding Counselor I am trained to assist with basic and common issues regarding breastfeeding. I provide information and insight into leading issues that cause pain, frustration, and teach mothers and babies how to best work through them. I hope to encourage and be a  It is a joy to be able to make a difference of the lives of mothers and babies and an honor to be welcomed into the homes of families entrusting me with the care of loved ones. My job is a rewarding one and I strive to do it well!
